This is an AH Dolphins team event where we hold a mock meet. All non developmental swimmers who can swim independently the full length of the pool will swim one freestyle event only. This will be your swimmer's first timed event that will help the coaches seed the first meet.

The team will provide pizza and drinks.

This is also a good time to learn how the deck is set up for a meet and to familiarize yourself with the various volunteer positions needed to staff a meet. RSL Certified positions will also need to plan to attend to do a dry run before the official swim meets begin.
