Dear Dolphins Families,

As we wrap up another fantastic season, we're looking ahead to next year and are seeking parents who are willing to help lead our team by serving on the Aquia Harbour Dolphins Board of Directors.

Whether you've been involved for years or are looking for a new way to support the team, we encourage you to consider joining the Board.

We are currently accepting nominations for the following positions:

• Vice President
• Secretary
• RSL Representative
• Assistant Meet Director
• Fundraising & Event Coordinator

Nomination Deadline: Friday at 12:00 PM (Noon)

Following the close of nominations, an electronic ballot will be emailed to all member families Friday evening, and voting will take place online.

If you would like to nominate yourself, please reply to this email by 12:00 PM Friday with the position you would be interested in and a brief one-paragraph bio introducing yourself to the membership. This can include information about your family, your involvement with the Dolphins, any volunteer or leadership experience, and why you're interested in serving on the Board. Your bio helps families get to know the candidates before casting their votes.

This year's committee consists of Sarah McClutchy, Tara Norton, Kimberly Hryckiewicz, Jessica Torres, and Judy Martinez. Feel free to find any of us on the pool deck or send us an email—we're happy to answer your questions and help you find the role that's the best fit for you.
