Good afternoon all!  You are receiving this because you have a swimmer who has been signed up to swim at Finals on Saturday, so you will need to fill a volunteer job.  Please go ahead and sign up for a job ASAP!  We have a mix of all kinds of jobs, as this is what was assigned to us from the RSL.  There are plenty of certified jobs that we need to fill, so if you are certified for a position, please take one of those! Only the positions that you are certified for will show up to you, plus all of the non-certified jobs.

For those that are new (or like me, have completely forgotten how Finals runs), we still run the same 68 events, but they are in a different order than we normally use.  Session 1 consists of all of the events for 10&under swimmers only, Session 2 is a mix of all ages (this is where the graduated relays, medley relays, and 100 free and 100 IM events are), and Session 3 is for 11&up swimmers.  Please keep this in mind as you sign up for jobs.  Each session is scheduled to run 1.5-2 hours.

I will be monitoring job signups closely, and will move volunteers around as needed, but will try to keep you in the same session as much as possible.  I will send emails as needed, and a final email update when jobs are set.

Let me know if you have any questions.  I may not have the answers right away, but can find them out for you.  And a few pro tips from someone who has spent many, many, many hours at the Rouse Center: Bring seat cushions, snacks, ear plugs, and a book or something else to do (this goes for kids and adults alike!). It will be a long afternoon/evening, but it will be a ton of fun!  GO DOLPHINS!!
