Good afternoon!  The four remaining swim meets are open for swimmer declaration and for job signups.  Please go ahead and declare your swimmers if you already know your travel plans.  Per Coach Lucy, the swimmer signup declarations will close two days before each meet.  That means the next deadline is this Monday, June 22nd.  Any changes to swimmer signups after Monday will need to be run by Coach Lucy.

Volunteer jobs for all four remaining meets are also open now.  If you are looking for experience in a certified position, try signing up for the Helper position for our next away meet, and then the Certified position at the following home meet.  If you would like to shadow a Stroke and Turn Judge or Referee position, please let me know and I will add you in for our away meet next week, and this can count as your volunteer position for the meet!

If you have completed training for a certified position, but the position you are certified for doesn't show up as a volunteer slot in any of the meets, please let me know. I have to manually update your SwimTopia account with each training you complete.

If you have completed any further training, don't forget to fill out the Google Form for the RSL (2026 Officials Verification Form), and send me an email.  If you filled out the form and still can't see the volunteer slot in SwimTopia, send an email to both me and to Ambrose Harris ([email protected]).  There are some parents' names in the RSL spreadsheet that I can see, but I can't see which training you completed.
