Good afternoon all.  We still have quite a few unfilled positions for tomorrow, particularly for certified positions.  Since this is a home meet, we have way more jobs to fill.  If you are certified, but signed up for a non-certified position, please go ahead and switch to fill one of these necessary slots.  If you still have not completed training for a certified position, you will receive a separate email from me today.  All families are required to have at least one person trained for a certified position.

These are the current unfilled jobs:

Head Clerk of the Course (both shifts)

Head Referee (both shifts)

Head Scorekeeper (both shifts)

Head Timer (2nd shift)

Meet Announcer (2nd shift)

Safety Marshall (male, both shifts)

Starter (2nd shift)

Stroke & Turn Judge (2nd shift)

Time Drops Operator (1st shift)

We cannot run the meet without these positions filled.  All of the rest of the non-certified positions are filled.  If your child is swimming, you should be volunteering.  I may need to move volunteers around if they do not get filled.  If we cannot fill all of the certified positions, it may mean we would have to forfeit the meet.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  See you on the pool deck tomorrow, and Go Dolphins!
