Hi, I'm Coach Lucy. I have been part of the Dolphin’s family for 13 years. I loved swim team so much that I joined a year-round team as a first-time swimmer at seven years old and grew to love the sport. In high school, I swam as a Varsity member of the Brooke Point swim team for 4 years. When I was 12, I knew I wanted to be the head coach and started helping around the pool deck. At 13 I began as a volunteer junior assistant coach and was an assistant coach for 4 years. Working with children is my passion. Currently, I’m a junior at Radford University working towards my Early Childhood Education degree in the College of Education and Human Development. I am so excited to be the Dolphin’s head coach this summer and can’t wait to share my love of swimming with all of you. My goal is to provide a fun, encouraging learning environment focused on building teamwork and sportsmanship where your children will thrive.
